Assigning User Groups and Users to Email Manager Upload Links

Assigning Group or User permissions to an Email Manager Account Upload Link allows specification of what Email Manager Account Links the Group/User profile can use when creating a 'Send a Message' campaign tactic or the 'Export to EM list' tool in Segment documents.

Procedure

1. From the Email Manager Accounts tab select the relevant folder.
2. Select the upload link to assign permissions to.
3. Select the Permissions tab then the group or user.

By default permissions to modify and view the EM Mappings are denied. It is possible to edit the Email Manager Link configuration, but great care must be taken as this will have an impact on any campaigns using the link.

4. Grant yourself the Modify EM Mapping permission to be able to edit the link.
5. Click Edit.
   1. Select the Modify EM Mapping check box to allow the group members or user to amend the mapping permissions on the General tab. Note that when the mappings are updated or removed these will be seen the next time each group member logs in
   2. Select the View EM Mapping check box to allow Group members or User to be able to select this Email Manager account.
6. Click Save.
