Pentaho Data Integration (Kettle)

Pentaho Data Integration, or Kettle as it is widely known, is a third-party open source ETL tool (Extract, Transform, Load) used in Campaign Manager to create a generic framework to control the load of data into multiple hosted Campaign Manager systems as well as providing the ability to extend the Omni Tactic to create data integrations with other channels such as twitter or SMS.

It should be noted that the use of the Omni Tactic is currently only supported in the Campaign Manager application and not the Campaign Designer application at this time.
